Publication Information Management Tool

This web-based tool is intended to assist authors and Document Review Panels (DRP) to produce, display and print the Document Control Data (DCD) Sheet and provide the DRDKIM with information about the document, and its distribution or announcement limitations (if any). The electronic version of this information is captured once it has been approved by the DRP.

This tool consists of an input screen which is to be completed for all scientific and technical documents with the exception of letter reports (including contract documents and submissions to commercial journals for public release, or to security-classified defence periodicals) for which there are no classified or protected fields (title, keywords or abstract) - the document itself may be classified or protected.

The DCD sheet is to be incorporated in all printed and electronic scientific and technical documents produced by or for the centre (with the exception of open or defence literature submissions and letter reports). Information formerly captured by the Document Review Panel Publication Record (DRPPR) or 'green sheet' which was used by DRDKIM for internal purposes to determine what further distribution and announcement could be given to a particular document, will now be transmitted electronically and captured by the DRDKIM integrated system CANDIS.

For better results when viewing and printing the forms consult the browser and printing set-up instructions.Due to the nature of these files please use Internet Explorer 5.0 and up.

To create a new File or to recall a previously saved File you must first enter your own protected work space. The system uses your CANDID on the Web user name and password; if you are not presently registered , do so now.
